Overview:		Support group for people with diabetes and their family members or friends. After a pertinent lesson about diabetes or coping with lifestyle changes, group members encourage each other and share recipes and other ideas at every meeting.

Overview:		The Mending Hearts Support Group is sponsored by the Cardiac Rehabilitation Services of Memorial Hospital. Its goal is to help you learn about your heart, how to “mend” it, and how to keep on taking care of the only heart you have.The group focuses on the physical and psychosocial aspects of recovery. Events include a picnic in June and a party in December.
