Tina Griffith, Health & Wellness Director of Centric HRM, and Alan Biggs, Interim President/CEO, were interviewed to supplement the application. Interview questions focused strongly on the innovative wellness programs developed through Culture Connection (the hospital’s internal health management program) and CentricHRM (Memorial’s partnership with SIHO and Consolidated Union to offer health management services to employers).
