Dermatology Center in new location

Dermatologist Josephine Okwechime MD has moved her office to the lower level of Medical Office Building East at Logansport Memorial Hospital. The new address of the Dermatology Center is 1025 Michigan Avenue, Suite 15. The phone number remains the same: (574) 753-1739.
