Dr. Eric Knabel has left the Logansport Memorial Hospital Physician Network to relocate near family in Colorado.

To make an appointment with Lisa Nollenberger, Dr. Knabel’s physician assistant, in January and February or to receive assistance in locating a new provider and transferring patient records, please call 574-739-0913 by March 1, 2010.

After that date, Lisa Nollenberger will relocate to practice with Dr. Kenneth Kigorwe in Medical Office Building West.
