Reaching out to you

In an effort to broaden the scope of its services, Logansport Memorial Hospital operates four outreach clinics away from the hospital—Camden Health Center and ExpressMed Logansport.

Our clinics are staffed by LMPN physicians and nurse practitioners who care for the people in their communities. The hospital supports the patients of each clinic with an array of services including education, testing services, therapy, rehab, emergency and/or inpatient care.

Each clinic is unique to its home community.
