Community Grants

The mission of Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation is to provide direction and financial support for activities that promote health and wellness in our rural community. The primary thrust of this mission is health.

Grant Application

Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation is committed to supporting community organizations that have an interest in the health of our community and actively seeks opportunities to fund projects that support he mission of LMHF.

In 2012, the Foundation awarded a $10,000 grant to Franklin Elementary School for its achievement in reducing the BMI of its student population. Read the full story.

Community grants are reviewed on a grant cycle. The Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation Allocations Committee convenes two times per year for the purpose of considering community requests. Requests not received in a timely manner will not be considered until the next round of funding.

All applications must be from not-for-profit organizations and groups within the hospital’s operating area of Cass and Carroll counties.
