Every year thousands of patients come to Logansport Memorial Hospital for treatment, but even the most remarkable success stories usually go untold. The Foundation is proud to reveal the Grateful Patients Program. It provides an opportunity for patients, clients, families and friends to say “Thank You” to the physicians, nurses, therapists and other members of the LMH healthcare team who have made a memorable contribution to their patients’ health and well-being. 

With the Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation Grateful Patient Series, those interested in sharing their stories of healing will be featured in framed shadow boxes placed throughout LMH.
