Ways to Give

There are a number of ways you can give to the LMHF.  Your giving goes to the area you choose and is essential to promoting good health in our communities. 

Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation strictly follows the Donor Bill of Rights, which ensures that donors can have full confidence “that their gifts will be used for the purposes for which they were given.” A copy of the Donor Bill of Rights is posted on the LMHF web site and is also available from the Foundation Office.

Restricted gifts are assigned to accounts consistent with donor wishes to be used by that program only. Unrestricted gifts are placed into the Foundation general account to be used as directed by the Foundation Board according to the strategic plan. Endowed gifts are placed in investment accounts; and only the interest from these accounts are used and the principal remains preserved.

Below are several ways you can give.  There are advantages to each type of gift.  Take some time to consider your options.  You can make an immediate impact by making a gift today!

• Make an online gift with your credit card.
• Make a credit card gift by phone: call 574.753.1595.
• Make a cash or credit card gift by mail by sending your cash gift or credit card information to: LMHF, 1101 Michigan Avenue, Logansport, Indiana 46947.

After making a gift, we will mail you a gift receipt.  If you made a gift by a credit card, your gift will appear on your next credit card statement as "Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation." In addition to cash, there are a number of other ways to give, including gift planning, corporate giving and endowed giving.

Recognition

To further the good works of the Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation takes a partnership with you – generous members of the community – to help fund healthy solutions now and for the future.

Contributions are graciously accepted at the following levels:

Visionary	$50,000 - $249,999
Humanitarian	$10,000 - $49,999
Benefactor	$5,000 - $9,999
Family	$2,000 - $4,999
Fellow	$500 - $1,999
Friend	$499 and below

The Tree of Life is displayed in the Medical Office Building East.  Donors may purchase a leaf for $250.  The leaves are inscribed.  All of Tree of Life proceeds go to the LMHF general fund.

Recognition is applicable to individual and corporate donors.  Donors who wish to remain anonymous may do so.
