Megan has over 15 years of experience in nursing, starting as a Licensed Practical Nurse and transitioning into a Registered Nurse. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University Kokomo. Megan believes that achieving a healthy lifestyle is a journey that happens over time, by making small changes and transitions. She is passionate about supporting her clients through those changes to help them achieve their health and wellness goals.


Terry Farrer, MS, RD, CHC

Terry Farrer

Terry attended Purdue University, receiving her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Dietetics and Human Nutrition. While at Purdue, she was active in several organizations and was named to the Mortar Board Honorary.  Terry has worked in various capacities as a dietitian. She has worked at the Logansport State Hospital, taught nutrition at Ivy Tech Community College, consulted with Miller’s Merry Manor, coordinated the White/ Carroll County WIC program and most recently served as the Food Service Director for Pioneer Regional School Corporation.  While with the schools, she emphasized the need for students to consume more fruits and vegetables and was one of the first 25 schools in the state to pilot the Fresh Fruit and Vegetable program.  Terry is a certified health coach and looks forward to guiding individuals toward better health.


 

Emily Miller

Emily Miller, RRT, CHC

Emily is a certified health coach and possesses an Associate's Degree in Respiratory Therapy with over 20 years of experience. In the acute, inpatient care setting, she provided care to those in the emergency room, intensive care unit, nursery, and med/surg areas. Her outpatient experience includes work with a Pulmonologist in a physician office setting, Pulmonary Rehab and Sleep Medicine. In all aspects of her career, education has been a key part of care. Emily's background in pulmonology has allowed her to be well versed in nicotine cessation counseling. 


Katie Tam, MA, CHC

Katie received her Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science from Huntington University and earned her Master's degree in Wellness and Applied Gerontology from Ball State University. While Katie was working on her Master's degree she served as a graduate assistant with a focus on workplace wellness and employee health. Katie is a Certified Health Coach and Fitness Nutrition Specialist through the American Council in Exercise. She has seven years of experience in Health Coaching, and six years of experience in wellness coordination.  Katie enjoys supporting people, watching them thrive, and helping them improve their lifestyles through healthier choices. In addition to her expertise in fitness and nutrition, Katie also is trained to assist her clients in nicotine cessation counseling.
