Perry Gay is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Logansport Memorial Hospital. Gay is a visionary and strategic executive with a unique blend of fiscal, operational, and administrative expertise. He holds a master’s of business administration degree from St. Leo University in St. Leo. Florida.
Perry’s background of serving in executive leadership roles with various health systems yielded success in driving organizational, service-line, and capital growth.
With his leadership and dedication to exceptional quality, Logansport Memorial Hospital was named a Top 100 Rural and Community Hospital in 2019 by iVantage Analytics for the fourth year in a row. Sherri oversees the financial operations, compliance, and financial strategies for Logansport Memorial Hospital and Physician Network.

Tara oversees various nursing-related patient care divisions within the hospital while managing, directing, planning, and coordinating the functions and activities within those assigned areas. Other responsibilities include oversight of patient care programs and services.

Beth oversees and supports all operations of departments providing support services for hospital patients. Other responsibilities include oversight of the credentialing and peer review processes for employed and affiliated medical staff providers.

Lynda is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, and development, as well as human resource policy administration.

Vicki oversees and manages all aspects of project development and strategic planning, including hospital marketing as well as grant development and administration. She also serves as a community liaison representing the hospital and promoting community health and wellness initiatives.

Rachel oversees the medical practices in the Logansport Memorial Physician Network (LMPN) and the physicians it employs, tracking and reporting on quality initiatives and measures. She also manages all affiliated services for the sports medicine and workforce health service lines. In addition, Rachel helps build relationships with key community partners for the development of on-site clinic-based care.
