Responsibilities: Perry holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida. He leads Logansport Memorial Hospital’s commitment to quality and customer service, and advocates at the state and national level for improvements in healthcare.

All other members of executive leadership work together to assist the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as the Board of Trustees in the development, formulation, and implementation of hospital strategic plans. Part of serving on the organization’s senior leadership team enables each of the following individuals to provide direct input on the hospital’s organizational structure that is related to their specific areas of expertise, ensuring that plans and decisions are collaborative and multi-disciplinary.

Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer oversees the financial operations, Compliance and financial strategies for Logansport Memorial Hospital and Physician Network.

Responsibilities: The Chief Nursing Officer oversees various nursing-related patient care divisions within the hospital while managing, directing, planning, and coordinating the functions and activities within those assigned areas. Other responsibilities include oversight and administration of specific patient care programs and services.

Vice-President of Ancillary Services

Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Ancillary Services oversees and supports all operations of various departments that provide support services for hospital patients. Other responsibilities include oversight of the credentialing and peer review processes for all employed and affiliated medical staff providers.

Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Facility Operations oversees the construction, maintenance, and daily operation of the buildings and grounds at Logansport Memorial Hospital, including the River Bluff Trail and the Hervey Preserve.

Vice-President of the Physician Network

Responsibilities: The Vice-President of the Physician Network oversees the medical practices in the Logansport Memorial Physician Network (LMPN), and the physicians employed by LMPN. Tracking and reporting on quality initiatives and measures is also part of the responsibilities assigned to the Vice-President of the Physician Network.

Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Planning and Development oversees and manages all aspects of project development and strategic planning. Other responsibilities include acting as a community liaison representing LMH and promoting community health and wellness initiatives. Hospital marketing and grant development/administration is also managed by the VP of Planning and Development.

Dan Hildebrand

Associate Vice-President of Information Technology and Cybersecurity

Responsibilities: The Associate Vice-President of Information Technology and Security is responsible for the IT department and its many roles, as well as for the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the hospital’s electronic medical record systems. Responsibility for the organization’s data and keeping patient information secure is also of significant importance and included in the scope of this role.

Associate Vice-President of Workforce Health and Sports Medicine

Responsibilities: The Associate Administrator for Workforce Health and Sports Medicine oversees and manages all affiliated services for the sports medicine and workforce health service lines. Building relationships with key community partners for the development of on-site clinic-based care is also within the scope of responsibility for this role.
