President & CEO

Tara is an accomplished healthcare executive with a history of success in leading hospital operations and optimizing quality of care through the implementation of various in-patient programs. As CEO, she is responsible for the financial and operational performance of Logansport Memorial Hospital. She directly oversees the Plant Operations, Security, and Information Systems departments.

Chief Medical Officer: Todd Weinstein, MD

Chief Medical Officer 

Joined Logansport Memorial Hospital in 1991.

Dr. Weinstein oversees and manages the communication between medical staff members, administration and all departments throughout the hospital. He also serves as the Medical Director for both the Breast Care Center and the Wound Care Center.

Barret is responsible for managing and leading the financial initiatives of LMH, including but not limited to tracking cash flow, managing the accounting and finance departments, providing strategic direction, and ensuring the organization’s financial reports are accurate.

Emilee started her nursing career in 2007 and has worked in various Nursing Leadership positions, including Director of Inpatient Nursing & Case Management Director. Before her executive role, Emilee served as the Quality Director where she led the hospital’s quality initiatives on the hospital side (inpatient) and in the physician offices (outpatient).

Lynda is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, and development, as well as human resource policy administration. 

Lynda also oversees and manages all aspects of project development and strategic planning, including hospital marketing. She also serves as a community liaison representing the hospital and promoting community health and wellness initiatives.

Joined Logansport Memorial Hospital in 2012

Rachel oversees the medical practices in the Logansport Memorial Physician Network (LMPN) and the physicians it employs, tracking and reporting on quality initiatives and measures. She also manages all affiliated services for the sports medicine and workforce health service lines. In addition, Rachel helps build relationships with key community partners for the development of on-site clinic-based care.
