President and Chief Executive Officer
Tenure: Since 2015
Responsibilities: Perry holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from St. Leo University in St. Leo, Florida. He leads Logansport Memorial Hospital’s commitment to quality and customer service, and advocates at the state and national level for improvements in healthcare.
All other members of executive leadership work together to assist the President and Chief Executive Officer as well as the Board of Trustees in the development, formulation, and implementation of hospital strategic plans. Part of serving on the organization’s senior leadership team enables each of the following individuals to provide direct input on the hospital’s organizational structure that is related to their specific areas of expertise, ensuring that plans and decisions are collaborative and multi-disciplinary.
Chief Financial Officer
Tenure: Since 1996
Responsibilities: The Chief Financial Officer oversees the financial operations, Compliance and financial strategies for Logansport Memorial Hospital and Physician Network.
Departments: Accounting and Finance, Budget, Patient Financial Services, Patient Access (including Registration, Centralized Scheduling, and Switchboard), Medical Necessity, Medical Records, Medical Transcription, Interpreter/Translation Services, Risk/Compliance, and Managed Care Contracting
Chief Nursing Officer
Tenure: Since 1997
Responsibilities: The Chief Nursing Officer oversees various nursing-related patient care divisions within the hospital while managing, directing, planning, and coordinating the functions and activities within those assigned areas. Other responsibilities include oversight and administration of specific patient care programs and services.
Departments: Nursing Services (Medical/Surgical, ICU, OB/Newborn, Surgery, Emergency Department), Case Management, Infection Prevention, Hospitalist Program, Inpatient Pharmacy, Diabetic Education, Resource Coordinators, and Logansport Memorial Cancer Care Center
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Tenure: Since 1990
Responsibilities: The Chief Operating Officer oversees and supports all operations of various departments that provide support services for hospital patients. Other responsibilities include oversight of the credentialing and peer review processes for employed and affiliated medical staff providers.

Vice-President of Human Resources

Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Human Resources is responsible for staff recruitment, retention, and development, as well as Human Resource policy administration.

Vice-President of the Physician Network
Tenure: Since 1989
Responsibilities: The Vice-President of the Physician Network oversees the medical practices in the Logansport Memorial Physician Network (LMPN), and the physicians employed by LMPN. Tracking and reporting on quality initiatives and measures is also part of the responsibilities assigned to the
Vice-President of the Physician Network.

Vice-President of Planning and Development
Tenure: Since 2006
Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Planning and Development oversees and manages all aspects of project development and strategic planning. Other responsibilities include acting as a community liaison representing LMH and promoting community health and wellness initiatives. Hospital marketing and grant development/administration are also managed by the VP of Planning and Development.

chief information officer and vice-president of plant operations
Tenure: Since 2003
Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Information Systems and Plant Operations is responsible for the development, oversight, and support of the technological and informational needs of the organization in transforming health care delivery. The information systems throughout the hospital create business value by leveraging technology to ensure that all systems and procedures lead to outcomes aligned with business goals. Other responsibilities for plant operations include the overall leadership and management of the facilities department including planning, organizing and coordinating the activities of facilities and services, ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Vice-President of Workforce Health and Sports Medicine
Tenure: Since 2012
Responsibilities: The Vice-President of Workforce Health and Sports Medicine oversees and manages all affiliated services for the sports medicine and workforce health service lines. Building relationships with key community partners for the development of on-site clinic-based care is also within the scope of responsibility for this role.
