Invest in a new generation of care

For almost a century, Logansport Memorial Hospital has focused on building better health in our north central Indiana community. Over the years, we have invested in our staff, facilities, and equipment to provide the best care, close to home. As a community healthcare provider, we must continue to meet the demands of our changing population. To do this, we need your help.

In 2017, the Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation took on its largest fundraising effort to date. The campaign’s purpose was to address the need for cancer care in the Logansport area and renovate obstetrics unit to better serve growing families.

Through the generosity of local businesses and community members, the 2017 Capital Campaign proudly raised $1,284,585 to help build a new Cancer Care Center and renovate our Family Birth Center.

Cancer care, close to home

Cass County’s population suffers from cancer at rates that are higher than the state and national averages. As a healthcare provider, Logansport Memorial Hospital needed the technology to care for local cancer patients and keep them close to home.

Our new regional Cancer Care Center brings all cancer care services that we offer on-site to Logansport Memorial Hospital. It offers expanded services for infusion therapy, advanced imaging, and radiation oncology. All of this comes with leading-edge technology, including a state-of-the-art linear accelerator and facilities, to provide more convenient care for patients and their families.

Welcoming Birth Center for growing families

Logansport Memorial Hospital believes that all women deserve the best experience during their entire pregnancy journeys—and beyond childbirth.

Renovation on Logansport Memorial’s Family Birth Center will be done in 2019, and the features of our new modern facility will help our team provide best-in-class care, with a dedicated focus on maximum quality and privacy.

Working with generous gifts made as part of the Building for Generations campaign, the Foundation proudly provides financial support to boost efforts to better meet the healthcare needs of our community.
