The Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation provides direction and financial support for organizations and activities that promote health and wellness in our rural community. If you are a non-profit organization working to improve health in Cass or Carroll Counties, we invite you to apply for a Foundation grant.

In 2012, the Foundation awarded a $10,000 grant to Franklin Elementary School for its achievement in reducing the Body Mass Index (BMI) of its student population. Read the full story

Grant Application

Community grants are reviewed on a grant cycle. The Logansport Memorial Hospital Foundation Allocations Committee convenes two times each year for the purpose of considering community requests. Requests not received in a timely manner will not be considered until the next round of funding.
